Spivey Hall Debut

Since joining forces in 2000, Matteo Mela and Lorenzo Micheli have maintained successful solo careers while cultivating an exquisite partnership, concertizing throughout Europe, North America, and Asia.

"These two Italian players put musical values above everything else, and are able to convey them with an assurance that is as graceful as it is decisive" (Classical Guitar, UK). "Extraordinarily sensitive, with effortless command and an almost unbearable delicacy of touch, the duo’s playing was nothing less than rapturous – profound and unforgettable musicianship of the highest order" (The Washington Post).
