Teachers may participate in professional development classes at Spivey Hall and receive Professional Learning Units (PLUs) to satisfy certification requirements through their school districts. In the fall, teachers may participate in the choral and chamber orchestra workshops to earn PLUs. Throughout the summer, Spivey Hall offers multi-day courses to keep music educators of all grade levels up-to-date with the most current trends in their field as well as to encourage collaboration with other educators.
