Joining such distinguished pianists as Maurizio Pollini, Martha Argerich, Garrick Ohlsson and Krystian Zimerman, young Polish pianist Rafal Blechacz ("blay-kash") is a Gold Medal winner of the International Frederic Chopin Competition. His 2005 triumph launched a brilliant concert and recording career. "Blechacz is a superlative pianist but an even finer musician, and this is playing of exceptional clarity and expressive beauty. Everything Blechacz does seems natural and organic" (BBC Music Magazine).
