$35
In the Atlanta Opera's acclaimed production of Gounod's Roméo et Juliette, Isabel Leonard nearly stole the show. "Her effervescent voice, sparkling across its range, and idiomatic French and disarming manner made her the most perfect Stéphano I've encountered," wrote Pierre Ruhe in The Atlanta Journal-Constitution. A recent master's graduate of the Juilliard School and an extraordinary talent with a remarkably beautiful voice, Isabel Leonard is one of America's most exciting and promising young singers. Having already soloed with the New York Philharmonic and the Boston Symphony and performed in New York under the auspices of the Marilyn Horne Foundation, she makes her first appearances with the Metropolitan Opera and the Chicago Symphony this season. Her Spivey Hall debut leads to her Carnegie Hall in solo recital. Catch a rising star!

Program to include works by FALLA, WOLF, HAHN, RACHMANINOFF, KERN, PORTER and GERSHWIN.
